Workforce Extensions is proud to partner with Chief Group, a respected name in Victoria's civil construction industry. We are seeking motivated Undergraduate and Graduate Engineers to support project teams and gain real, hands-on experience across a diverse range of infrastructure projects.

These roles provide an opportunity to learn directly from experienced engineers, contribute to live civil works, and build the foundations of a long-term engineering career.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist site and project engineers with day-to-day tasks.
  
• Support technical work including calculations, drawing reviews and design coordination.
  
• Participate in surveys, quality control checks and site inspections.
  
• Contribute to safety, environmental and compliance processes.
  
• Assist with documentation and project reporting.
  
• Take part in training, site briefings and structured learning opportunities.

Required Skills and Experience

• Near completion or recent completion of a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or similar.
  
• Strong academic foundation and basic understanding of civil engineering principles.
  
• Willingness to learn, ask questions and work across field and office environments.
  
• Good communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
