Grounds Maintenance
* Mow lawns and maintain turf areas within cemetery and crematorium grounds.
* Cleaning & leveling of Monuments and top dressing graves
* Perform whipper snipping, edging, pruning, spraying and general horticultural tasks.
* Maintain cleanliness and order across all public and operational areas, including pathways, gardens, burial sites, buildings, sheds, Chapel and offices.
* Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and effectively.
* Obey and comply with WHS procedures.

Cremation Duties
* Carry out cremation processes in accordance with legal, ethical, and procedural standards.
* Handle deceased persons respectfully and with discretion.
* Maintain and clean cremation equipment and related facilities.
* Accurately complete documentation and records relating to cremation services.
* Obey and comply with W.H & S procedures.

Grave Preparation and Machinery Operation
* Operate a backhoe and other machinery to dig and backfill graves.
* Ensure accurate placement and sizing of graves as per burial plans.
* Adhere to all safety and manual handling protocols during grave preparation.
* Assist with setting up and supporting burial and memorial services.
