As the business continues to grow, they are now seeking an experienced HR Truck Driver to join their close-knit operations team.

About the Role

As an HR Truck Driver, you'll be responsible for delivering and collecting a wide range of hire equipment to construction sites, events and infrastructure projects throughout Geelong and surrounding regions.

This is more than just a driving role. You'll work closely with customers and the operations team to safely load, transport, unload and install equipment, ensuring every job is completed efficiently and professionally. No two days are the same, with a mix of depot work, deliveries and onsite installations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate HR trucks for deliveries and collections across Geelong and regional Victoria
• Load, secure and transport hire equipment in accordance with load restraint requirements
• Assist with the installation and removal of construction and event equipment, including temporary fencing, portable toilets, site sheds and other hire products
• Complete pre-start inspections and routine vehicle safety checks
• Maintain delivery paperwork and ensure accurate documentation
• Provide professional customer service while representing the business on site
• Assist in the yard with loading, unloading and preparing equipment when required
• Follow company safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment

What We're Looking For

• Current HR Driver Licence (essential)
• Previous experience driving HR vehicles in a delivery or transport environment
• Experience with construction, hire equipment or event logistics is highly regarded
• Physically fit and comfortable undertaking manual handling throughout the day
• Strong understanding of load restraint and safe work practices
• Reliable, punctual and customer-focused
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Forklift licence or truck-mounted crane experience is advantageous but not essential
