If you're an experienced formwork carpenter with the ability to run small crews we are keen to hear from you.

What We're Looking For:
We need skilled and reliable individuals with proven leading hand experience on medium to large-scale construction sites, ideally with high-rise or major civil projects.
Key duties will include:
- Job planning, ability to read structural and reinforcement plans
- Propping to trans-floor suspended slab
- Formwork to set-downs and stairs, and reinforcement to stairs/suspended slabs.
- Working extensively with Peri, RMD, and conventional formwork systems
- Reading and interpreting plans and blueprints
- A strong commitment to safety and high-quality work
Requirements:
- Experience in running formworkers, steelfixers and skilled labourers
- Willing to be hands-on
- Have communication skills that allow people to want to come to work everyday
- Proven commercial or civil formwork experience
- Other tickets (Working at Heights, EWP, Rigging, etc.) are highly regarded
