Workforce Extensions | Scoresby have well-established manufacturing companies based in Melbourne's East & Sth East, seeking experienced Manufacturing Production Workers, Machine Operators, Welders & Assemblers. About the Roles:

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery & equipment to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating manufacturing / production machinery, Heavy rubber Machine Operating, Brake Press, CNC & others.
  
• Setting up and adjusting machines for production runs.
  
• Monitoring output and conducting quality checks.
  
• Basic troubleshooting and reporting faults.
  
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  
• Manual handling and lifting as required.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment. Machinery types Heavy duty rubber manufacturing, Brake Press, CNC and injection moulding or Welding -TIG, MIG and ARC -Stainless Steel or Mild Steel products.
  
• Mechanically minded with strong attention to detail.
  
• Ability to read measurements and follow instructions.
  
• Forklift licence (required in some roles).
  
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.
