Maintenance Officer | Handyman

Urgent hiring!

We are currently looking for Maintenance Officer & Handyman for an immediate start. We do have a fixed term contract work available at one of our Aged Care sites in Warrnambool.

• 4-5 days workweek

Workforce Extensions Lakewood Health are calling out for Maintenance Officer & Handyman available to join our expanding organisation. With over 18 years of experience and knowledge in the industry. There isn't anything we can't fix onsite.

We have a variety of work during the business week in industry such as: Aged Care facilities.

We are looking for keen individuals to provide general trade and upkeep of each site. Basic experience and knowledge are beneficial however we are happy to train and support on site. Competitive payrate will be offered to the successful candidates.

In this project it will be in the beautiful region of Great South Coast and we are currently seeking professionals with a trade/handyman background.

To be successful applicant you must be competent in the following below:

• Basic demolition
• Basic carpentry
• Plastering/painting
• Basic Tiling
• General handyman jobs
• Happy to work all around VIC as required

We will require the succesful applicants to provide the following requirements below:

• Valid Employment Police Check
• White Care (Advantage)
• Evidence of Covid Vaccination Certificate (1st, 2nd & Booster)
• Evidence of Flu Vaccination Good Attitude and Healthy Work Ethic
• Friendly Demeanour with old fashion manors will go a long way!

A company car is also offered for the successful applicant.
