Workforce Extensions Geelong is pleased to be working with our client, a top quality plumbing service in seeking to appoint experienced Plumbers to join their growing team on a full time permanent basis.

The company

Based in Geelong, our client has over 50 years' experience in the plumbing industry and utilizes the newest technology possible. Their services spread across domestic, commercial, industrial and emergency environments. Specific services include (but are not limited to);

• Blocked drains/toilets
• Water leaks
• Wastewater treatment
• Hot water service repairs and replacements
• Gas maintenance
• White goods and appliance installation
• Renovations
• Emergency call outs

The roles

As an experienced Plumbing Tradesperson you will be responsible for performing the above tasks on a daily basis with a focus towards quality workmanship. Although previous leadership experience is not required we are seeking applicants who display an interest in, and the ability to lead and supervise small teams. In addition you will also be responsible for providing quotes, liaising with customers and working closely with the company director in constantly improving the overall operations of the business.

About you

To be considered for this role applicants will be required to demonstrate the following skills, experience, qualifications and attributes;

• Trade qualified Plumber (registered)
• Drivers license
• White card (Construction Induction Card)
• Strong communication skills with an ability to liaise effectively with a wide variety of people
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Supportive approach in dealing with other team members
• Ability to be flexible with availability (after hours emergency service on a rotational basis)
