Workforce Extensions is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Labourers for immediate starts at a leading facility based in Campbelltown, NSW.
🔧 What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be an essential part of a fast-paced manufacturing team, contributing to general labouring, production support, and materials handling. Tasks include:
- Manual lifting (up to 20kg)
- Loading/unloading materials
- Machine operation support
- General factory labour tasks
- Forklift operation (if licensed)
✅ What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you MUST have:
- A strong work ethic and willingness to perform hands-on labour
- Good physical fitness and the ability to carry out physically demanding work
- Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or construction environment (minimum 12 months)
- A valid Forklift Licence and/or nationally recognised forklift qualification (highly regarded)
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work either Day or Afternoon Shift, based on operational requirements
💰 What's In It for You:
- Above Award Wages
- Day Shift: $32.00 per hour + Super + Overtime
- Afternoon Shift: $36.80 per hour + Super + Overtime
