Mechanic

Our client, specializing in marine mechanics has a fantastic opportunity available for a qualified Marine Mechanic

This is a full time, permanent position

Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Repair and servicing of all petrol and diesel motors, outboards and inboards
  
• Source out and order parts on jobs
  
• Keeping record of work done and times spend on jobs via a specific app
  
• Communicate task progress and problems to workshop manager
  
• Communicate with customers
  
• Keeping a clean Workshop
  
• Ongoing Dealer Training
  
• Working on top-class vessels
  
• Growing and developing opportunities
  
• Discount on marine products and services
  
  Requirements:
  
• Qualified Marine or Diesel Mechanic
  
• Deliver accurate, tidy and clean work
  
• Take responsibility for tasks assigned
  
• Interact politely, friendly and professionally with customers
  
• The ability to problem solve, work independently and self-manage
  
• Own tools
  
• Are in possession of a valid Driver's License
  
  Wages: $38 - $50 per hour (depending on experience and performance
