Nanny/Au Pair

Workforce Extensions Ballarat is seeking a caring, reliable and highly trustworthy Nanny / Au Pair to support a busy, professional family based in Ballarat.

With three children and parents running their own business, the household requires consistent and flexible support to help keep things running smoothly. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys becoming part of a family environment - not just filling a shift.

About the Role

This is a part-time position (20-30 hours per week), with flexibility essential. Hours may vary depending on business and family commitments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Caring for three children across before/after school periods and occasional daytime care
• School and activity drop-offs/pick-ups
• Preparing meals and lunchboxes
• Assisting with homework and daily routines
• Light household duties including tidying, laundry and general organisation

Given the nature of a business-owning family, unexpected changes can arise. Schedules may shift and priorities can change quickly, so the right person will be adaptable, calm under pressure and confident managing changing requirements while maintaining a positive, steady presence for the children.

About You

You will be:

• Exceptionally trustworthy and reliable
• Warm, patient and confident managing multiple children
• Flexible, adaptable and composed when plans change
• Comfortable assisting with domestic chores
• Proactive and able to work independently

You must have:

• A current driver's licence
• Your own reliable vehicle
• A valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous nanny or childcare experience preferred
