We at Workforce Extensions are proud to be supporting Chief Group in seeking to appoint an experienced and highly organised administrator to support the senior management team in the role of Office Manager/Executive Assistant.

About the role

The Office Manager/Executive Assistant will form a critical part of the team, providing support both the operational and administrative functions of the business. Duties required are as follows but not limited to:

  • Support and act on behalf of multiple directors/senior managers where required
  • Maintain accurate financial records on a client by client basis
  • Act in director's/senior manager's absence when directed
  • Manage multiple diaries/calendars
  • Assist with HR functions including managing employee files
  • General administrative duties as required
  • Liaise with external suppliers and contractors
  • Support tender teams with data collecting, submissions and follow ups
  • Maintain asset management register

About you

Ideally with previous experience in fast paced working environments with an ability to work autonomously, we are seeking applicants who have experience in, and can demonstrate the following skills, experience and attributes;

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • An ability to effectively communicate with a range of clients and customers
  • Focus towards attention to detail and accuracy with work
  • Solid time management skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in PA/EA roles
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Strong computer skills with an ability to learn new programs and systems
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
  • Effective communication skills both in person and via phone/email
  • Fierce attention to detail
  • An ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Previous experience with diary management
