Operations Manager

Responsibilities;

• Production - Planning, organising, directing, and running the day-to-day print & finishing department to exceed customers' expectations
• Stock Management - Manage stock levels including ordering and mapping of area
• Safety - Promote and actively contribute to a safe work environment
• Quality - Provide clear direction of daily requirements, feedback, tools, and resources to meet targets
• Waste Minimization - Work to reduce unnecessary costs whilst maintaining high-quality standards
• HR/Training - Assist with ongoing training requirements, performance management and succession planning

Skills/Experience We're Looking for;

• Previous experience in a hands on leadership role
• Strong working knowledge of lean processes
• Effective administration and computer skills with an ability to read and interpret reports
• Forklift licence (preferred)
