Our client is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join their hardworking team based in Wingfield, SA. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll play a key leadership role overseeing safe and efficient site operations, soils recycling and reuse processes, while providing hands-on support to your team.

What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple locations
- Support the safe and efficient management of soils recycling and reuse processes
- Lead, coordinate, and provide hands-on assistance to site teams to meet targets and compliance requirements
- Deliver excellent customer service through effective liaison with internal stakeholders
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all operations meet regulatory standards
What You Will Bring
- Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in Quarrying, Earthmoving, Waste Management, or a closely related industry
- Current tickets for 3 or more of the following: HC, HR, LL, LZ, LF, LE, LR, LS, LB
- Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams
- Proven problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate computer skills and confidence using digital reporting systems
- Current Driver's Licence and the ability to work independently and outdoors
- Desirable: Asbestos identification/handling training, Fire Warden competency, and First Aid Certificate
