As demand for our services continues to grow, we're looking to welcome a Payroll and Administration professional to our team on a part-time basis. The role is based in Ballarat and is available for Monday and Tuesday each week (school hours welcome), with additional work-from-home hours available on other days.

About the Role:

This is a hands-on and dynamic position where your contribution will directly support our internal operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Processing weekly payroll across multiple awards and agreements

• Assisting with WorkCover claims and Return to Work coordination

• Providing administrative, PA and reception support

• Managing timesheet collation, data entry and compliance checks

• Supporting broader recruitment and client service activities as required

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking someone who is detail-oriented, organised and ready to hit the ground running. Our ideal candidate will have:

• Strong payroll experience, ideally with exposure to multiple awards

• Knowledge of WorkCover and Return to Work processes

• Previous experience in general administration, PA or reception duties

• A proactive attitude and a willingness to help across various tasks

• A focus on confidentiality, accuracy, and efficiency

• Familiarity with HR, employment or recruitment environments (highly regarded, not essential)
