About the Opportunity

Eco-Safe Pest Control is looking to add a full-time Pest Control Technician due to continued growth.

This role would suit:

• An experienced technician seeking better conditions or
• A motivated person looking to build a long-term career in pest control

Industry experience is valued, but Eco-Safe is open to training the right person with the right attitude.

What the role involves

• Inspecting residential, commercial, and institutional sites
• Delivering pest treatment and prevention programs
• Using eco-friendly products
• Installing and monitoring bait stations and digital systems
• Communicating clearly with clients
• Completing accurate service records
• Working independently across Melbourne and surrounding areas

What we're looking for

• Valid driver's licence and full working rights in Australia
• Willingness to obtain (or currently hold) a pest control licence
  (Training and support provided)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliability, attention to detail, and professionalism
• Ability to work independently once trained

This role will not suit someone seeking short-term or casual work.
