About the role

Join our valued and highly rewarded team of casually employed labour hire staff in the production of various goods and products throughout some of Australia's leading manufacturing organisations.

Duties

• Process Workers who join are team will be expected to offer:
• Contribution to a safe working environment
• Assurance of quality and work output
• Working with production machines
• General warehouse support
• Picking, packing, wrapping and labelling of products
• Lifting trays, as required
• Good time management and punctual attendance
• Work unsupervised or in a team (depending on skills and experience)
• Contribute to condition the monitoring and maintenance of equipment
• Aid in the safety, professionalism and efficiency of the host organisation.

Skills & Experience

Successful applicants will possess the following:

• Previous experience working in a production, manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Willingness to work shifts
• Physically fit and able to lift and move packages and objects
• High level of attention to detail
• Highly organised with time management skills
• Willingness to learn and develop your skills
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, harm-free environment
• Driver's licence and access to reliable transport
• A friendly, courteous and polite demeanour when dealing with our team, clients and their customers.
