About the Role
We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Process Workers for an immediate start at a leading animal food manufacturing facility in Townsville.

This role offers a rotating weekly roster across day, afternoon, and night shifts (Mon-Fri) - a great opportunity to boost your earnings through shift loadings and penalty rates while gaining valuable industry experience. You'll be part of a production team contributing to the safe and efficient manufacturing of animal feed products.

Ideal for candidates looking for ongoing, full-time casual work with real career progression potential in a well-established and supportive environment.

Key Duties

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Mixing, processing, and packaging of animal feed products
• Manual handling and quality control of ingredients and finished goods
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas
• Following safety, hygiene, and operational procedures
• Working efficiently as part of a production team

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Experience in food processing, manufacturing, or similar hands-on roles
• Comfortable with physical work and lifting up to 25kg
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (days, afternoons, nights)
• Commitment to safe work practices and attention to detail
• Forklift Licence (LF) - highly regarded but not essential
• Reliable transport and a positive, team-oriented attitude
