Production Manager - Signage Industry

We are partnering with a leading national signage company in Malaga, known for their Tier 1 clientele. This busy Perth business is looking for a high-performing Production Manager on a full-time basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee end-to-end production and installation ensuring projects are completed efficiently, to high standards, and on schedule.

This role requires a hands-on leader to coordinate and manage various internal stakeholders from administration staff through install teams. You will be instrumental in implementing best practices, optimising workflow, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects. Collaboration with design, estimating, engineering, sales, and project teams is key to meeting client requirements and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Managing the entire production process from planning to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Implementing efficient production procedures and practices.
• Coordinating workflow with various internal and external teams.
• Managing production operating costs.
• Ensuring quality control and compliance with ISO and WHS regulations.
• Troubleshooting production issues and leading a team of 5+ direct reports.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager, ideally within the signage or a related small to medium manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills, with a friendly personable family orientated personality.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in production management software and good manufacturing practices.
• A hands-on approach with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Understanding of quality standards, health & safety regulations, and budgeting concepts.
• Knowledge of signage materials, production techniques, and installation processes is highly desirable.
