Workforce Extensions are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join a well-established South Australian construction business on a permanent basis.

About the Role

• $90K + Super (depending on experience)
• Permanent, full-time position
• Projects based across South Australia
• Opportunity to work closely with experienced Project Managers and site teams

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers and site teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
• Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and resources across multiple projects
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
• Monitor project performance and support issue resolution on site
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records
• Assist with procurement, including sourcing materials and liaising with suppliers
• Support WHS compliance, site inspections, and reporting requirements
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar (preferred)
• White Card (essential)

Experience

• 1-3+ years' experience in a Project Coordinator or site-based role
• Exposure to civil, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• Understanding of construction processes and methodologies
• Experience working with project documentation and reporting
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
