Project Supevisor - Howlong NSW

Our client is a leading civil company based in Howlong NSW and provide a number of construction related services to the Albury, Wodonga, Howlong and greater North and East Riverina regions.

Due to recent growth and awarding of large volumes of work we are looking for an experienced Project Supervisor with a high attention of detail and positive can do attitude to lead one of their civil construction teams.

This position will ensure a high level of presentation, strong leadership, innovative with the ability to achieve targets while performing under time constraints & pressure.

About the role:

• Regular liaison with, and reporting to senior management team
• Manage job quality, timeliness and cost effectiveness of own work and work undertaken by civil works team members
• Maintain public safety and presentation of completed projects.
• Manage site compliance with company HSE policies and procedures

• Knowledge of, and ability to implement health, safety and risk policies and procedures relating to areas of supervision
• Ability to work unsupervised in a productive manner
• Demonstrated skills in managing diverse workloads while meeting work and budget targets within tight deadlines
• Ability to efficiently implement daily, weekly and longer term workloads
• Strong administrative skills
• Be able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Posses an ability to identify potential efficiency gains and opportunities for improvement
