They are now seeking a full time Receptionist to become the welcoming face and voice of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who brings warmth, professionalism and a desire to grow into a long term career within a thriving, values driven team.

About the Role

Working from their central Torquay office, this position offers Monday to Friday hours (9:00am-5:30pm). The Receptionist plays a central role in the smooth running of the office, providing exceptional front of house service, assisting with administrative duties and supporting the wider team as needed.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, contractors and community members so genuine care, reliability and excellent communication are essential.

There is also scope to grow within the business, with opportunities to explore different areas such as sales support, marketing or property management over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greeting clients and handling incoming calls and emails with a professional and friendly approach
  • Coordinating appointments, managing calendars and supporting team communications
  • Providing administrative support for property listings, open homes and sales documentation
  • Assisting with general office tasks including file management, reception duties and liaising with trades and suppliers
  • Acting as a supportive team member across all areas of the business as needed

  • Previous customer service or office administration experience (real estate experience is helpful but not essential)
