As the result of current growth, we have an opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team at Kent Town. Initially this role will be Monday to Friday approximately 5-6 hours per day with the potential to become a full-time opportunity.

Reporting to the HR Manager, this key role will work with a small team of Recruitment professionals working on a broad range of Recruitment within the Health Industry.

This role would suit a recent graduate or developing professional- someone who exemplifies drive and determination, who is ready to make an impact within our team. You'll bring a can-do attitude and the determination needed to see tasks through to completion.

About the Role

Every day looks different as we respond to market demands and continuously drive to improve our business. In this role, you may assist with:

  • Managing a small recruitment portfolio and supporting candidates through their onboarding journey.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and schedule interviews with qualified candidates.
  • Processing employment changes in our HR system.
  • General HR administrative duties including preparing documentation and facilitating HR related processes.
  • Quality control and compliance activities.
  • Reviewing and improving internal policies and procedures.
  • Creating and influencing positive change within the business.
  • Providing regular updates to managers on the status of candidate pools to meet client demands.

About you

  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills- both written and verbal.
  • Have high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Be a quick learner with a passion for technology and automation.
  • Be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
