A leading household appliance wholesaler and retail outlet is looking for enthusiastic retail staff to join our busy showroom teams in Midland and Osborne Park. Known for supplying top-quality kitchen products to both everyday renovators and trade professionals, we offer a dynamic environment where customer service meets industry expertise.
In this role, you will act as a key brand representative on the showroom floor, helping customers navigate a range of appliances, fixtures, and renovation products.
Responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting retail shoppers and trade professionals with product selections across kitchen appliances, fixtures, and hardware.
- Providing tailored recommendations and design inspiration to support various home improvement and kitchen renovation projects.
- Maintaining a pristine, well-organised, and engaging showroom display.
- Performing light manual handling tasks every now and then to retrieve, move, and organize stock for customers.
- Managing sales transactions and addressing customer inquiries professionally.
- Normal, standard retail shop hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-4pm, with a fixed day off during the week).
