About the Role: Retail Sales & Showroom Support

In this position, you will act as a key brand representative on the showroom floor, helping customers navigate an extensive range of appliances, fixtures, and renovation products.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting retail shoppers and trade professionals with product selections across kitchen appliances, fixtures, and hardware.
• Providing tailored recommendations and design inspiration to support various home improvement and kitchen renovation projects.
• Maintaining a pristine, well-organised, and engaging showroom environment.
• Managing sales processing and addressing customer inquiries professionally.
• Operating standard retail shop hours, ensuring a consistent schedule while supporting regular trading days.
• Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-4pm, Day off during the Week
