We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Loader / Water Cart Operator to join a busy cleanfill site based in Hampton Park, VIC. This is an ongoing casual opportunity with strong potential to transition into a full-time role.

About the Role

This position will commence on day shift for the first 3 weeks to complete site onboarding and training before transitioning to night shift.

Hours:
* Initial training: Day Shift (first 3 weeks)
* Ongoing roster: 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM / 6:00 AM (10-12 hour shifts)

You will primarily operate a Volvo L268 Sales Loader, with occasional water cart duties.

Key Responsibilities

* Operating a Volvo L268 Sales Loader (approx. 95% of the role)
* Operating a Water Cart as required
* Conducting pre-start checks and basic machine maintenance
* Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
* Following all site safety procedures and protocols
* Working safely around active truck movements

Requirements

* Sales Loader ticket/licence (essential)
* HR licence or Water Cart licence (essential)
* Proven experience operating Sales Loaders in a similar environment
* Comfortable working night shifts and long hours
* Strong commitment to safety and site procedures
* Reliable transport to and from site
* Physically fit and able to work in dusty outdoor conditions
* Full PPE required (hi-vis, steel caps, hard hat etc.)
