About the Role
You'll be the link between customers and the workshop, managing bookings, providing clear updates and ensuring jobs are accurately scoped and delivered efficiently.
This is not your standard front desk role. Alongside service advising, you'll take ownership of preparing estimates, managing parts and supporting workflow planning across a variety of vehicles.
