- Presenting and demonstrating products effectively to clients in both showroom and warehouse settings.
- Assisting customers with product selection, providing expert advice, and closing sales.
- Maintaining a clean and organised showroom display.
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably within a retail or showroom environment.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and present complex product information.
- Perfectly spoken English is essential for clear client communication.
- Australian Permanent Resident status is required for this full-time role.
- A diploma or certification in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is highly regarded.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
