Site Supervisor

An experienced Site Manager required for the renovation of a Childcare Centre in Toowoomba, Queensland for approximately 6 months, potentially longer.

As Site Manager, you will work closely with the Project Manager and have full responsibility for the planning, organising and managing the overall site. This includes trade coordination, program of works, WHS as well as sub-contractor and site personal supervision

Responsibilities:

• Manage sub-contractors on site to work safely and economically, by co-ordination of all trades.
  
• Oversee the overall Fitting Out
  
• Manage and motivate site teams.
  
• Organise and coordinate labour.
  
• Reporting to the Project Manager.
  
• Site paperwork and documentation;
  
• Regular meetings with sub contractors and the Contracts Manager;
  
• Health, Safety and Environmental checks;
  
• Opening and closing the site daily;
  
• On site coordination of material, labour and planning;
  
• Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish.
