Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

This opportunity is flexible and can be tailored as either a full or part time position for the right person. There is also some work from home flexibility available, however this remains a highly collaborative role and regular time in the Ballarat office will be required.

The Role

This is a varied role where you'll work across multiple clients, industries and projects.

You'll be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, coordinating campaigns, supporting paid advertising activity and helping deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.

The role offers plenty of autonomy and creative licence, but you'll also need to be organised, efficient and capable of juggling multiple priorities.

About You

You're someone who:

• Lives and breathes social media and digital marketing
• Is highly organised and naturally keeps things on track
• Has strong written communication skills
• Enjoys working with a variety of clients and projects
• Brings ideas to the table and isn't afraid to contribute
• Can work independently while remaining a strong team player
• Takes pride in delivering quality work and meeting deadlines

Experience We're Looking For

• Experience managing social media accounts professionally
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
• Content creation and copywriting experience
• Experience or exposure to paid social advertising campaigns
• Excellent organisational and time management skills

Additional experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, photography, videography or agency environments will be highly regarded.
