You will be contributing to the culinary charge in an iconic costal location catering for relaxed dining and drinks. With a fantastic team and a fresh refit they are looking to make a positive impact throughout our local community.

About the Role
The Sous Chef will contribute to the day to day operations of the venue; purveying breakfast, lunch and dinner while the team provides exceptional customer service and an ideal dining experience. You will also contribute to seasonal menu changes along with supporting and mentoring junior staff members.

About You
We are seeking an experienced Cook/Chef who is passionate about the food industry and will thrive in our client's established business.

To qualify for the position, you must:

  • Have experience in a similar role
  • Have excellent communication and time management skills
  • Be passionate about the industry with a desire to create new, exciting dishes
  • Be a hands on Cook/Chef who works well automomously and in small teams
