Traffic Controllers & TMA Operators - Multiple Positions

About the Opportunity

We are currently recruiting Traffic Controllers and qualified TMA Operators to support traffic management companies operating across Geelong, South-West Victoria, and key regional locations.

This is an opportunity to work across a variety of roadworks, civil infrastructure, and maintenance projects, with ongoing casual work available for reliable and safety-focused workers.

About the Role

These roles suit candidates who are flexible and comfortable performing traffic control duties, with opportunities for TMA operation where qualified.

Work locations required is primarily in the Geelong region but may also include Colac, Warrnambool, Horsham, Ballarat, Bendigo, Shepparton/Echuca, and surrounding regional areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform traffic control duties in line with approved traffic management plans
  
• Operate Truck Mounted Attenuators (TMA) where qualified and required
  
• Assist with setup, operation, and pack-down of traffic management sites
  
• Conduct pre-start checks and follow safety procedures at all times
  
• Work collaboratively with site supervisors and crews
  
• Maintain compliance with WHS and client safety standards

Essential Requirements

• Construction Induction (White Card)
  
• Traffic Control qualifications (TC1 / TMI1 minimum)
  
• RIIRTM301E - Operate truck or trailer mounted attenuators (for TMA operators)
  
• Current Australian driver's licence
  
• Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol testing
  
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Check

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in traffic management, roadworks, or civil construction
  
• Strong communication skills and reliability
  
• Flexibility to work early starts, nights, weekends, and regional jobs
  
• Willingness to travel when required
