Our client is a well-established quarry operation based in Langwarrin seeking a reliable and safety-focused Truck Spotter to join their team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the quarrying and construction materials industry.
$34-$36 per hour
Monday to Friday | Approx. 7:00am - 3:00pm
Temp to Perm opportunity

This role combines truck spotting and basic administration duties in a busy quarry environment. You'll play an important part in maintaining safe vehicle movements while assisting with site records and weighbridge tasks.
Spotting and directing trucks safely around the quarry site
Recording trucks entering and exiting the site
Assisting with basic weighbridge / admin duties
Communicating with drivers and site staff
Supporting safe site operations and following procedures
Driver's licence (essential)
White Card (essential)
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Reliable and punctual with a safety-first mindset
Willingness to work in an outdoor quarry environment
