About the Role
You will be responsible for:
- Operating waste management vehicles and equipment safely and efficiently
- General labouring duties, site maintenance, and waste depot operations
- Providing excellent customer service to community members and visitors
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment in accordance with WHS standards
Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid NSW HR class driver's licence
- Construction White Card (General Construction Induction Card) or willingness to obtain prior to starting
- Proven experience in operating waste management plant and equipment
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and professional customer service
- Australian work rights (citizenship, permanent residency, or appropriate visa)
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment Medical and Functional Capacity Assessment
- Ability to pass a urine-based Drug & Alcohol Screening Test
