What We're Looking For - Welders:
* Experience in high quality fabrication of stainless and mild steel (MIG & TIG)
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
* Strong focus on safety, quality and attention to detail
* Experience in general repair, maintenance or site based work
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
What We're Looking For - Assemblers:
* Proven experience in mechanical or industrial assembly work
* Confident reading and following engineering drawings and instructions
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Reliable, organised and quality-focused
* Team player with a positive attitude
