    Director
    Hannah has been with Workforce Extensions Tamworth since December 2021, during which time she has been primarily responsible for the recruitment and selection of quality permanent and on-hired staff. Outside of her recruitment strengths, Hannah’s extensive experience in customer service and administration, as well as her Diploma in Human Resources and a Certificate IV in Small Business Management, has allowed her to play a major role in the ongoing management and development of the business over recent years. Hannah’s expertise across all business functions and knowledge of the local market enabled her to transition seamlessly into the role as Director of Workforce Extensions Tamworth in mid-2025, where she continues to help shape the future of the region through overseeing high-quality staffing solutions for local businesses.

    On-Hired Services
    Under the labour hire arrangement, WE provide workers for your company and take responsibility for all elements of the worker’s remuneration. Workers may be provided on a casual, part time, full time or on-going basis. Under this arrangement, we will recruit, select and induct suitable staff and retain these staff as employees, on-hired to your business. Workforce Extensions pays all wages and entitlements, superannuation, payroll tax, workers compensation insurance and PAYG withholding. An hourly rate of hire is invoiced to your business on the basis of hours paid to the employee from a duly authorised timesheet. On-hired agencies can be your on-hand professionals providing sophisticated staffing solutions while keeping those staffing problems off your desk. By using an on-hired staffing agency your business will have instant access to a team of human resources professionals with a depth of experience in recruitment, as well as a range of innovative recruitment sources and a tried and tested suite of value-add selection tools.
