He has an extensive background in Business Development, Employment Consulting, HR Management, and Executive Recruitment. His vast knowledge and expertise has been instrumental in identifying growth opportunities, forging partnerships and expanding businesses across Victoria. Justin is a strong advocate for mental health awareness, serving as a host for MR Perfect Men’s Mental Health and as a board member for Blake’s Army. Beyond his professional pursuits, Justin is an active sports enthusiast. He enjoys playing cricket and football and has completed multiple marathons. This reflects his perseverance and goal-oriented mindset, further enhancing his ability to connect with both clients and candidates.

Outside of work Pam has volunteered extensively with children with disabilities and the Ballarat Animal Shelter, which reflects her lifelong dedication to care, advocacy, and making a tangible difference in the community.
