      Danielle has more than 5 years’ experience in specialist recruitment and staffing solutions with major manufacturing organisations across Australia. As a “hands-on” recruitment manager, Danielle oversees, manages and ensures quality delivery of job orders, rostering, shift allocations, candidate approvals, compliance approvals, client candidate confirmations and start checks for all client sites. Danielle manages Blacktown's in-house team to provide a reliable, single point of contact for clients to ensure time-frames are met. Having experience across all roles enables Danielle at to commit to quality staffing within pre-determined time-frames to both meet and exceed organisation’s staffing requirements.

He places great emphasis on occupational health and safety, a commitment to sourcing local staff and managing both client and employee expectations within flexible hiring arrangements ensure projects and production can meet expected deadlines.
