As a “hands-on” recruitment manager, Danielle oversees, manages and ensures quality delivery of job orders, rostering, shift allocations, candidate approvals, compliance approvals, client candidate confirmations and start checks for all client sites. Danielle manages Blacktown's in-house team to provide a reliable, single point of contact for clients to ensure time-frames are met. Having experience across all roles enables Danielle at to commit to quality staffing within pre-determined time-frames to both meet and exceed organisation’s staffing requirements.
